FateArc is built around live tarot readers and psychics with public profiles. You can review specialties, pricing, and availability before deciding who to book.
How do I book a session?
Browse the reader directory, open a profile that fits you, review availability, and book from there. If a reader has not set a custom booking schedule yet, FateArc shows a default 10:00-20:00 booking window in that reader's local timezone.
How does payment work on FateArc?
You can browse public pages without paying first. When you decide to book or start paid activity, you top up your wallet through Stripe. Each profile shows the reader's video rate and chat message price before you choose.
How does the minimum billed video session work?
Each reader sets their own minimum video session duration, shown on their profile before booking. You can end the call anytime, but that minimum still applies. After the minimum, billing follows actual usage. If no minimum is set, you pay only for actual usage.
Can wallet top-ups include fees or taxes?
Yes. The wallet credit you choose is not always the same as the final card charge. Stripe Checkout can add the FateArc top-up fee and any applicable tax based on your country and the service tax configuration, and it shows the final amount before payment is confirmed.
Can I message a reader before booking?
Yes. Each reader can configure an introductory chat allowance, which may be zero. The profile and chat flow show the applicable terms and message price; platform-wide limits also apply to introductory messages.
What does maximum session length mean on a profile?
Maximum session length is used for calendar planning only. It helps the reader organize bookings and warnings before the next session, but it does not force you to stay for that full block.
What happens if my balance runs out or the session is interrupted?
Billing after the minimum window can stop when your paid balance runs out. If you have already enabled auto top-up with a saved default card, FateArc can try to restore more paid time automatically. If technical issues interrupt the session, contact support and we can review the logs and credit lost billable time where appropriate.
Is it private and is my payment information secure?
Sessions are intended to stay private inside the platform. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage, and payment information is processed securely through Stripe. FateArc does not store your full card details.
What if I'm not satisfied with a session?
If something went wrong, contact support within 24 hours of the session. We review cases individually and any refund or account credit follows our support and refund policy.
Does FateArc guarantee outcomes?
No. The service should be understood as spiritual guidance and entertainment, not as guaranteed predictions or a substitute for professional advice.
